OAKLAND — The Oakland Area Chamber of Commerce will offer a no-cost financial seminar entitled “Show Me The Money ... and How I can Keep More of It” on Sept. 10.
The seminar is open to anyone who wants to learn simple approaches to building financial success. The session will be led by Michael Gray of Oakland. Gray is Oakland’s leading entrepreneur and he has built his multiple businesses on the foundation of sound money management. He does not believe in going into debt and he is willing to help you learn the way to live your life so that money issues do not keep you awake at night.
Gray is president of Gray’s Power Supply Co. in Oakland and numerous other businesses. He has made good money management lessons a part of his employee training because he wants people to live good lives.
A member of the Oakland Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Gray will share what he has learned with anyone (at no cost) who wants to sign up. If there is a lot of interest, he will turn this one-day session into additional, more in-depth sessions.
The Sept. 10 session will be 9 a.m. to noon at 304 Holly St., next to Oakland Public Library. While there is no fee, advance registration is required. Register by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 601-853-3942 and leaving a message. Registration closes at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31.
