FOREST PRODUCTS FOR SALE ON COUNTY SCHOOL LANDS
Sealed bids will be received by the East Tallahatchie School District, Charleston, Mississippi, up to and no later than 10:00 A.M., May 10, 2018, and opened immediately thereafter for the right to HARVEST ALL TIMBER designated for that purpose on approximately  150 acres of School Trust Lands in Section 16, Township 24 North, Range 03 East, Tallahatchie County, Mississippi.
Before bids are submitted, full information concerning the material for sale, conditions of sale, submission of bids, and a copy of the sample contract should be obtained from the Area Forester, 108 Bethlehem Road, Batesville, Mississippi, 38606, and Telephone (662) 563 - 3824.  Prospective Bidders shall be required to present a Performance Bond in the amount as specified within the sample contract at the signing of the Timber Sale Contract.  The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.

WHEREAS, on the February 25, 2008, Mary McDanail and Mose McDanail, executed a Deed of Trust to David A. Neal, Trustee for the use and benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns, which Deed of Trust is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tallahatchie (2nd District - Sumner) County, Mississippi, in Deed of Trust Book No. 349, at Page 380 thereof; which was modified on April 23, 2015, in Book No. 2015, at Page 327
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as Owner Trustee of MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2016-4 by assignment on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tallahatchie (2nd District - Sumner) County, Mississippi, in January 17, 2018, in Book No. 2018, at Page 42 thereof; and
