SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on November 19, 2004, John B. (Benedict) Vaccaro and Edith Beggs Higgins Vaccaro a/k/a Edith Beggs Higgins, executed a deed of trust to Arnold M. Weiss, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for HomeComings Financial Network, Inc., its successors and assigns, which deed of trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 336 at Page 380 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Tallahatchie, Second Judicial District, State of Mississippi; and  
WHEREAS, the aforesaid deed of trust was assigned to Nationstar Mortgage LLC by instrument dated July 29, 2013, and recorded in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 2013 at Page 911; and   
WHEREAS, the aforesaid deed of trust was assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT by instrument dated May 21, 2018, and recorded in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 2018 at Page 756; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid, U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT, the holder of said deed of trust and the note secured thereby, substituted Underwood Law Firm PLLC, as Trustee therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument dated October 29, 2018 and recorded in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Substitution of Trustee Book 2 at Page 326; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby, having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, and the legal holder of said indebtedness, U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s fees, Substituted Trustee’s fees and expense of sale;
NOW, THEREFORE, WE, Underwood Law Firm PLLC, Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on the 3rd day of January, 2019, offer for sale at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder, and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.) at the Main front door of the County Courthouse at Sumner, County of Tallahatchie, Second Judicial District, State of Mississippi, the following described property situated in the County of Tallahatchie, Second Judicial District, State of Mississippi, to-wit:
All that certain lot or parcel of land situated in the City of Sumner, County of Tallahatchie, State of Mississippi, and being more particularly described as follows:
The South Half of Lot Nine, of Block "O", as shown by map or survey of the Town of Sumner made by H. M. Thayer in the year 1905.
And
The "Bayou Front" lot being a lot 129.2 feet by 105 feet, more or less, across the street from the S 1/2 of Lot 9, Block O and immediately in front of the lands above described.
Being the same property conveyed to John Benedict Vaccaro and Edith Beggs Higgins by Warranty Deed from Vernon K. Brett, II and LaNelle Brett Lacey, dated 03/27/02, recorded 04/04/02 in Book 319, Page 36, in the Clerk of Chancery Court of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi.
WE WILL CONVEY only such title as is vested in Underwood Law Firm PLLC as Substituted Trustee.

NOTICE TO ALL FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
Pursuant to Section 27-105-305 of the Miss. Code of 1972, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi will receive sealed bids from financial institutions at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors until 10:00 a.m. on Monday, the 7th day of January, 2019, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk in the First Judicial District of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi in Charleston, Mississippi, for the privilege of keeping county funds or any part thereof for the year 2019.  Said bids shall be opened at the hour of 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 7th, 2019, at the Tallahatchie County Courthouse in Charleston, Mississippi All bids should be submitted to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at her office in Charleston, Mississippi before the aforementioned time and date.
All bids must designate the kind of security as authorized by law, which the financial institution proposes to give as security for such funds.
It is specifically stated that the Board will take into consideration the financial institution which proposes the best terms and highest rate on the monies to be held by said depository.
