WHEREAS, on November 4, 2004, Demartric Houston and Shelia Pride-Houston a/k/a Shelia Houston, executed a Deed of Trust to W. Stewart Robison, Trustee for Walter Mortgage Company, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Land Deed of Trust Book 476, at Page 443, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi;
AND WHEREAS, this Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to U.S. Bank, N.A., as trustee for Mid-State Trust VII, by instrument recorded in Book 2017, at Page 2682, in the office of the Chancery Clerk aforesaid;

Alternatively, printed BiddingDocuments may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via in-person pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents. The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $_150.00 per set, payable to “Greenwood Engineering”, plus a non-refundable shipping charge. WHEREAS, on June 30, 2015, Justin L. Breland and Audrey Breland executed a Deed of Trust to J.
