NOTICE TO ALL FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
Pursuant to Section 27-105-305 of the Miss. Code of 1972, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi will receive sealed bids from financial institutions at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors until 10:00 a.m. on Monday, the 7th day of January, 2019, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk in the First Judicial District of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi in Charleston, Mississippi, for the privilege of keeping county funds or any part thereof for the year 2019.  Said bids shall be opened at the hour of 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 7th, 2019, at the Tallahatchie County Courthouse in Charleston, Mississippi All bids should be submitted to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at her office in Charleston, Mississippi before the aforementioned time and date.
All bids must designate the kind of security as authorized by law, which the financial institution proposes to give as security for such funds.
It is specifically stated that the Board will take into consideration the financial institution which proposes the best terms and highest rate on the monies to be held by said depository.

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE

COUNTY OF Tallahatchie 1st
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of January, 2003, Alec S Earnest and wife Mari Alyce Earnest, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Arnold Weiss Shelby, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Pulaski Mortgage Company, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tallahatchie 1st County, Mississippi in Book 460 at Page 387; and
WHEREAS, Alec S Earnest and wife Mari Alyce Earnest is also known as Shayne Earnest per the land records of Tallahatchie 1st County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, by various assignments on record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, NA by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Deed of Trust Book 2018 at Page 2309; and 
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of December, 2018 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Substitution of Trustee Book 2 at Page 554; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 24th day of January, 2019, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the west door on the steps of the Tallahatchie 1st County Courthouse at Charleston, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Tallahatchie 1st County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Commence where the North line of Section 10, Township 24 North, Range 2 East, intersects the East right of way line of Mississippi State Highway No. 35 in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi; thence South 03 Degrees 30 Minutes East along the East right of way line of the aforesaid highway 1848.25 feet to the point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence North 86 Degrees 30 Minutes East 380 feet to a point; thence South 03 Degrees 30 Minutes East 271.65 feet to a point; thence South 86 Degrees 30 Minutes West 380 feet to a point on the East right of way line of the aforesaid highway; thence North 03 Degrees 30 Minutes West 271.65 feet to the point of beginning. All lying in the North Half of Section 10, Township 24 North, Range 2 East, First Judicial District, Tallahatchie County, Mississippi and containing 2.37 acres, more or less.
Being the 380 feet reserved by Grantor in Book 390 at Page 620.
Subject to all prior mineral reservations and rights of way for public roads and utilities.
Subject to right of way to Paynes Water Association, Inc. for water pipes as in Book 249 at Page 536.
Subject to reservation of 1/2 of all minerals by Federal Land Bank as in Book 143 at Page 15;  reservation of 1/4 of all minerals by Richard Denman as in Book 150 at Page 489; and reservation of 1/8 of all minerals by Mary D. Hey, Chrystene Hey Jones and Kathryn Hey Bing as in Book 200 at Page 477.
