WEST TALLAHATCHIE SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Overview
1. Introduction: The West Tallahatchie School District (WTSD) is located in Sumner, MS, School facilities consist of three schools and one central office.  The district has approximately 750 students.
2. Purpose of RFP: The district is requesting for sealed bid proposals in the areas of English/Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Technology, Leadership, Assessments, Instructional Support Services and/or Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) for 2 School-Wide Schools, including I Focus School and I Successfrul School (See A for Specifics).
3. Each category can be bid on separately (See A).
4. Tentative schedule of RFP events are as follows:
Proposal Due Date: 08/6/2019 at 10:00 a.m. Bid Opening: 8/8/2019 at 9:0 a.m.
5. These services shall be provided to the West Tallahatchie School District during the 2019 - 2020 school term and upon satisfactory evaluation of the provided services, may be extended to include services during the 2020-2021 school term.
6. The Superintendent reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
7. Quotes are requested for half and full day rates for professional development services.

Save the Children intends to submit an application under the Mississippi Department of Education’s 21st Century Community Learning Centers 2019-20 request for proposals in partnership with West Tallahatchie School District and R.H. Bearden Elementary School. The proposed program will offer afterschool and summer programming to students and families in Tallahatchie County.
