Have been in possession of the City of Charleston for over a one (1) year period and no claim of ownership of said firearms has been made during that period. Now therefore the Mayor and Board of Commissioners give Notice that at 5:00 o'clock p.m., Tuesday, April 2, 2019, the Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the City of Charleston will at its regular board meeting being held at 5:00 p.m. April 2, 2019, find and determine whether said firearms, described in this Notice, have been abandoned and are considered to be abandoned property. Notice is given that any and all persons, firms, or entities claiming an interest in the firearms as described in this Public Notice should present proof of said claims and documentation thereof on or before 5:00 p.m. April 2, 2019, to the City Clerk of the City of Charleston at the office of the City of Charleston located at the City Hall of the City of Charleston, whose address is 26 South Court Square, P.O. Box 420, Charleston, MS 38921.
All persons, firms and entities who might assert a claim to or in the above described firearms 
may inspect or view said firearm or firearms in which they are believed to have an interest by requesting permission to view said firearm or firearms by request to the Charleston City Clerk at the address above given. A reasonable time to inspect or view said firearm or firearms will be given during normal business hours of the City of Charleston, which are Monday - Friday except holidays, from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to the hour of 5:00 p.m. An interested party requesting, in writing, the viewing or inspection of the above firearms will be afforded a time to inspect or view said firearm or firearms at a time that will be set during normal business hours of the City of Charleston.

WHEREAS, on March 21, 2017, Kimberly Pullen, unmarried woman executed a certain deed of trust to Charles A.
