Sealed Bids for the construction of the EWP-04 Ascalmore Creek Road will be received by TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS at the TALLAHATCHIE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, CHARLESTON, MS, or can be mailed to P.O. Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above.  Bidding Documents are available on compact disc (as portable document format (PDF) files) for a non-refundable charge of $_25.00_, plus shipping via overnight express service.  Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via in-person pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents.  The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $_50.00 per set, payable to “Greenwood Engineering”, plus a non-refundable shipping charge.  Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder’s delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen.  The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.  Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.  Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended 12 U.S.C. 1701u (Section 3). CDBG regulations governing the grant require that, to the greatest extent feasible, opportunities for contracting, subcontracting, training and employment arising in connection with this CDBG project will be extended to Section 3 businesses and Section 3 residents.

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S FORECLOSURE NOTICE
WHEREAS, on May 13, 2015, a Deed of Trust was executed by Laterra Pittman and Antonian Marrell Bradford to Jay Gore, III, Trustee for Tallahatchie County Bank, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, in Deed of Trust Book 2013 at page 3140;
WHEREAS, Bank of Commerce is the current beneficiary by acquisition of the original beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, Tallahatchie County Bank, effective March 1, 2018;
WHEREAS, Bank of Commerce has heretofore substituted H. Donald Brock, Jr. as Trustee in place and in lieu of the previous Trustee by instrument recorded November 13, 2018 in Substitution of Trustee Book 2 at Page 546 of the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due in accordance with the terms thereof, Bank of Commerce, the legal holder of said indebtedness requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s fees, trustee’s fees, and expenses of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, H.
