CHS boys basketball enjoys success

The Charleston High School boys basketball team enjoyed a stellar 2018-19 season and had six players chosen for postseason honors.

The Tigers finished the season 16-7 overall, including an 8-2 record in Region 3-3A play, where they finished in second place.



Local sisters run marathon

Sisters Maegan (left) and Anna Fennell of Philipp are all smiles after completing the Humana Rock ‘n’ Roll New Orleans Marathon on Feb. 10. The event consisted of a 26.2 mile run.
