Furious comeback attempt falls short for Choctaws

WEBB — There were moments, and chances, for the West Tallahatchie High School Choctaws, who dropped a 14-8 decision to the Leland High School Cubs here Friday night (Sept. 21) in the Region 3-2A opener for the Chocs.

West Tally fell to 0-6. Leland improved to 2-4.
