Prince gets first start for Rebels

Former Charleston High School Tigers football standout DeAntre Prince is pictured in Oxford suited up for Saturday’s (Oct. 5) Vanderbilt at Ole Miss football game.  A true freshman, Prince got his first start for the Rebels at defensive back in the game, televised regionally.  Prince, of Charleston, was part of a defense that held the Commodores to 2-of-17 on third down en route to the Rebels’ 31-6 win.  For the season, Prince has six solo tackles, two assists and one interception for the Rebels.  (Photo by Jeremy Weldon/The Panolian)
