MSDH issues COVID advice for older, vulnerable Mississippians

JACKSON — The Mississippi State Department of Health is encouraging older people and others with underlying health conditions to avoid gatherings until they are "fully vaccinated."

Gov. Tate Reeves issues new executive order for COVID-19

JACKSON — Today, Gov. Tate Reeves signed Executive Order 1549. This order will go into effect at 5 p.m. on March 3 and remain in effect until March 31.  

700 doses of COVID-19 vaccine available now in Charleston

Dozens of Tallahatchie County residents are scheduled to receive the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine Thursday and Friday in Charleston — the first of 700 available local doses to be administered.
