TIPPO — Bessie “Faye” James, age 89, of Tippo, retired WIC Nutrition Services coordinator, passed away Sunday, Nov. 9, at Martha Coker Green House Homes in Yazoo City.
Visitation will be held 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12, at Cowart Baptist Church with funeral services following at 11 a.m. Interement will be held in Tippo Cemetery. Newsom Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her sons, Carl James of Vaughan and Billy H. “Bubba” James of Charleston; two brothers, two sisters, 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
