CASCILLA — Caroline Lewis Smith Drott, age 79, passed away Wednesday, July 22, at Extended Care Facility in Charleston.
A memorial service was held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 25, at Cascilla Baptist Church. Newsom Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
She was preceded in death by her son, James “Smitty” Smith.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Drott of Sturgis; her son, Dan Smith of Charleston; her daughter, Ginger Meriwether of Holcomb; a sister, a brother, and four grandchildren.
