CASCILLA — Carolyn Martindale Shook, age 83, retired manager for Tallahatchie School District, passed away Wednesday, July 29, at her home.
Visitation will be held 1-2 p.m. Monday, August 3, at First Baptist Church, Charleston. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. with interment in the Rosemound Cemetery at Tutwiler. Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her husband, Roy Shook of Cascilla; son, Hal Moore of Oxford; daughter Fara Shook of Oxford; a sister and three grandchildren.
