I ran into Brenda and Charles Vance while I was having a test run at the cardiologist office in Oxford last Wednesday. I worked with Brenda at one time years ago and loved her from the start. I’ve always thought she was one of the sweetest and prettiest ladies in Montgomery County. She’s still a beautiful lady. Brenda had a birthday Feb. 12.
