Traffic has been brisk this week at the Tallahatchie County Safe Room in Charleston, where Small Business Administration and other disaster assistance personnel are offering information and aid to victims of the late-January ice storm. Office hours are 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. daily through Friday, May 15, and 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.
