DREW — The Strider Academy peewee and junior high football teams kicked off their respective seasons on Thursday, Aug. 27, when they hit the road to face the North Sunflower Academy Rebels.
The peewee Rams took the field first, and although they battled hard, they came out on the short end of a 36-12 score.
