DUNDEE — Fred Joseph Lane, age 85, retired owner of Lane Communications, passed away Wednesday, October 28, at Baptist Desoto Hospital in Southaven.
Graveside services were held 11 a.m. Saturday, October 31, at Barbee Cemetery in Lula. Meredith Nowell Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
He was preceded in death by sons, Marty Lane and Rockford “Rocky” Lane.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Williams Lane of Dundee; daughter, Ginger Burnham of Sumner; a brother, and three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
