The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Vicksburg District announces that Grenada Lake plans to host three separate youth waterfowl hunts
The first hunt is scheduled for Jan. 17-19, the second for Jan. 24-26 and the third for Feb. 8. All hunts are dependent on rainfall amounts.
Youth hunters must be 15 years of age and younger.
Selected youth hunters are allowed to bring one licensed hunter 16 years of age or older to participate in the hunt (call, shoot, etc.).
To sign up for this special hunt, email the youth hunter’s name and age, along with the guardian’s name and phone number, to Elizabeth.a.boyle-garlington@usace.army.mil.
Registration for the hunt closes Jan. 14.
