Charleston High School presented members of the 2024 homecoming court during halftime festivities on Friday, Oct. 18.
These students were chosen by their peers for their outstanding school spirit, leadership and involvement.
The queen, Alysun McIntyre, was crowned by former Charleston High School queen Shaniya Moore. McIntyre is the daughter of Aquedius McIntyre and Pamela Dunn. She is a member of the Beta Club, National Honor Society and Science Club. McIntyre’s activities include being captain of the CHS cheerleaders and a member of the Lady Tigers basketball, track and volleyball teams. She is a Superintendent List Scholar. McIntyre plans to attend the college of her choice to major in nursing, ultimately to become a travel nurse.
Charleston High School would like to extend a sincere thank you to all the parents and guardians for your support during this year’s homecoming festivities.
Your encouragement and involvement have allowed our students to fully participate in the activities and traditions that make homecoming so special.
From the parade to the pep rallies and the game, your efforts behind the scenes have made it all possible. We truly appreciate your continued dedication to the success and spirit of our school.
Thank you for being such an essential part of the Charleston High School family.
