CHARLESTON — Joyce Ann Hale, age 76, passed way Friday, July 17.
Funeral services were held 2 p.m. Sunday, July 19, at Adams Arbor Church of God of Prophecy. Newsom Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Hale.
She is survived by her daughter, Stacey Oeltjenbruns of Colorado; a son, Kenny Hale of Carroll County; three brothers; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
