Pritchard, Sr., deceased, Petitioner, seeking to have Court determine any and all unknown heirs at law approve accounting, determine heirs at law, pay fees and expenses, distribute assets, close estate and discharge Administrator.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint filed against you in this action at 9:30 O’clock A.M. on Monday, the 6th day of November, 2023, in the courtroom for the First Judicial District of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi at the Courthouse located at Charleston, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint. Respondents other than you are Robert W. Pritchard, Jr. and Lynn Anderson Pritchard Schatz.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
