(“MERS”), as beneficiary, as nominee for First Security Bank, assigned said Deed of Trust unto Nationstar Mortgage LLC, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Deed of Trust Book 2024 at Page 1553; and
WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of August, 2024 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Substitution of Trustee Book 2 at Page 708; and
