Avery Clare Lee, 6-year-old daughter of Buddy and Allison Lee of near Charleston, poses in front of the lemonade stand that helped her raise $1,200 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis. On May 27, from 10 a.m. until noon, she sold 12 gallons of lemonade at $2 per cup, plus donations, from a colorful stand in front of the family home on Tribble Road. She had 40 customers, plus 25 people donated to the cause online. It was her second lemonade fundraiser. On May 28, 2022, Avery Clare raised $600 for St. Jude.
