Mr. and Mrs. Dedric Mitchell of Senatobia announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Sidney Sarah Mitchell, to David Sayle Roberts, son of Dr. Joseph Roberts and Ms. Beth Roberts of Grenada.
Miss Mitchell is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ellington Massey of Clarksdale and the late Mr. Gregg Mitchell of Senatobia. She is also the granddaughter of Mrs. Patricia Nail Hart of Senatobia and the late Joseph Hart of Prescott, Arkansas.
She is a graduate of Magnolia Heights School and Mississippi State University, where she earned a degree in fashion merchandising. She is the owner of Bella Bridesmaids in Memphis, Tennessee.
Mr. Roberts is the grandson of Ms. Helen Roberts of Roanoke, Virginia, and the late Mr. and Mrs. David Sayle of Charleston.
He is a graduate of Kirk Academy and the University of Mississippi, where he earned degrees in banking and finance and managerial finance. He is currently employed with Guaranty Bank & Trust, working in their Southaven branch.
The couple will exchange wedding vows Saturday, April 9, in a private family ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. They will host a wedding reception for friends and family on Saturday, April 30, at 409 South Main in Memphis.
Following their honeymoon, the couple will make their home in Hernando.
