Judge Tara Lang handed down the following decisions during the Aug. 21 session of Charleston Municipal Court, according to information on file in the municipal court clerk’s office.
• Sara M. Bridges, 57, of Pamplin Road, Charleston, guilty of no proof of liability insurance, fine/fees $416
• Jaques Crawford, 28, of Magnolia Street, Charleston, guilty of improper equipment, fine/fees $151; guilty of expired/no driver’s license, $316; guilty of no proof of liability insurance, fine/fees $416
• James P. Fletcher, 58, of Cole Drive, Batesville, guilty of seat belt violation, fine/fees $50; guilty of reckless driving, fine/fees $226
• Ricky Gerard, 24, of Tatum Pond Road, Tillatoba, guilty of expired/no driver’s license, fine/fees $316; guilty of improper/no tag, fine/fees $197.25
• Darrius Kincaid, 35, of Blue Cane Road, Charleston, was found not guilty of malicious mischief, but the judge ordered Kincaid and the affiant, J.C. Jones, to stay away from each other for a period of one year, with neither party to come within 100 feet of the other.
• Sonya Laws, 42, of Little Creek Drive, Oakland, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), fine/fees $166; guilty of expired/no driver’s license, fine/fees $316; guilty of no proof of liability insurance, fine/fees $416
• Floyd Moore, 59, of Cedar Street, Charleston, guilty of no proof of liability insurance, fine/fees $416; guilty of seat belt violation, fine/fees $50; guilty of careless driving, fine/fees $176
• Latoya N. O’Bannon, 37, of Depot Street, Charleston, guilty of the misdemeanor charge of simple assault on a police officer, fine/fees $1,517.25
• Amilyeng Pickens, 38, of Lindley Lane, Charleston, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), fine/fees $166
• Tracey Rosebud, 47, of First Street, Tutwiler, was found not guilty of simple assault/attempt to create fear, but the judge ordered Rosebud and the affiant, Al Roger Tellis, to have no further contact with each other for a period of one year, with neither party to come within 100 feet of the other.
• Michael D. Wood, 36, of Highway 35 N., Charleston, guilty of seat belt violation, fine/fees $50
