GRENADA — Mrs. Brenda McCammon Taylor, 69, of Grenada, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 21, in Batesville.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service with Dr. Kevin Jackson officiating. Interment followed in the Wayside Cemetery.
She was born September 30, 1953 in Charleston to William Louis Edward and Carrie Louise Richardson McCammon.
Brenda spent the last 30 years working as a cosmetologist and loved the relationships she developed with her clients through the years. She attended Grace Baptist Church. Brenda will long be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother who treasured time spent with her family.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Jerry Taylor; daughter, Carrie Smith of Grenada; son, Tracy Taylor (Bonnie) of Mobile, Ala.; two brothers, Louis McCammon of Charleston and Barry McCammon of Eidson, Tenn.; and three grandchildren, Hallie Smith, Callie Smith and Gavin Taylor.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
