CROWDER — Ina Irene Minyard, 84, a retired bookkeeper at Mitchener Gin, passed away Monday, Feb. 14, at her home.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, at Crowder Baptist Church with burial in the Crowder Cemetery. Meredith-Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale is handling the arrangements.
Mrs. Minyard was an amazing seamstress, loving mother, and grandmother.
Survivors include her sons, James (Hannelore) Minyard of Farragut, Tenn. and Nathan C. Minyard of San Jose, Calif.; daughter, Beverly (Mike) Patterson of Gluckstadt; brothers, Perry Goodman of Oakland, Tenn., Price Goodman of Stanton, Ky., Dan (Diane) Goodman of Middleton, Tenn.; sisters, Anne Jackson of Oakland, Tenn., Elizabeth Lynes of Oakland, Tenn.; grandchildren, Michael Patterson, Lauren Patterson, Christina (Eric) Atkins, Stephen (Jessica) Shook, Nathan (Rosemary) Shook; and 2 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathan Minyard; parents, Elzy and Pearl Reaves Goodman; and sisters, Sue Marks and Helen Harrison.
