CHARLESTON — Mamie Ruth Wolfe, age 91, passed away Thursday, Oct. 10.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Oct. 14 in the chapel of Newsom Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery in the Paynes community.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Wolfe, and a grandchild.
She is survived by her children, Cynthia Gail Wolfe of McAlester, Oklahoma, Carl Wolfe of Pelham, Alabama, and Keith Wolfe of Leland; 8 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorials be made to Gideons or Samaritan’s Purse.
