BATESVILLE — William “Bill” David Robinson, age 80, passed away Thursday, Aug. 15, at Saint Francis Hospital in Memphis.
A celebration of life service was held at 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, at Wells Funeral Home.
He dedicated his life to education, having taught at numerous schools, including Charleston High School, West Tallahatchie High School and Strider Academy.
He is survived by his siblings, Patricia Meek of Southaven, Dr. Clyde Robinson of Water Valley, Joy Mullen of Oakland, Linda Colston of Waxahachie, Texas, Sherry Childs of Midland, Texas and Mike Robinson of Oakland.
