GLENDORA — On Monday, May 20, members of the community joined representatives of West Tallahatchie Head Start; the Institute of Community Services Inc. (ICS), Project Head Start; and the Tallahatchie Early Learning Alliance (TELA) at a groundbreaking ceremony for a new playground at the West Tallahatchie Head Start Center.
