SENATOBIA — Northwest Mississippi Community College held a public event in February to announce that more than $4 million in gifts and pledges has been raised toward the college’s capital campaign goal of $4.56 million.
The “Investing Today, Impacting Tomorrow” capital campaign will fund a number of projects, including a new performing arts center, softball/soccer complex, aviation program, The Concourse in Batesville and others.
At the time of the announcement, gifts and pledges totaled $4,020,754, or 88% of the goal.
