WEBB — West Tallahatchie High School recently held its fall college and career fair on Nov. 15 in the gymnasium.
Northwest Missiissppi Community College headlined the event with high school seniors.
Games such as cups; claps; and rock, paper, scissors full-body style were conducted by Jenny Hurt, assistant director of recruiting at Northwest.
Pizza was also provided to the seniors by members of the Northwest Pathfinders.
College and career vendors who participated in the fair were Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services, Walmart, CoreCivic, National Park Service/Emmett Till and Mamie Till-Mobley National Monument, Marion Counseling Services, Coahoma Community College Admissions, U.S. Department of Labor, Mississippi Department of Transportation, Mississippi Department of Employment Security, Jackson State University, Northwest Community College, University of Mississippi, Mid-State Opportunity, Mississippi Valley State University and Tougaloo College.
