Dozens gathered recently at the request of Kymbrianna Curtis of Charleston for prayer, songs of praise and speakers to mark Women’s Inspirational Day.
The event was held on a portico at the Tallahatchie County Courthouse in Charleston and featured motivational and inspirational speeches followed by a skit entitled “Trusting God in 2024.”
Curtis said the purpose of the gathering was “to unite together to show love, grace and mercy desiring to glorify the Lord, as well as encourage everyone that no matter what the year may bring, to stay strong, keep the faith and trust God in 2024.”
Several men also were on hand to lend their support.
