CHARLESTON — Hazel Ilene Dees, age 77, passed away Monday, Sept. 20, at North Mississippi Medical Center Gilmore-Amory.
A funeral service was held 11 a.m. Thursdya, Sept. 23, at Womble Funeral Home chapel with interment following at Bethel Cemetery in the Teasdale community.
She was a member of Calvary Holiness Church at Enid.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elzie Dees; and three sons, Billy Dees, Ricky Dees and Jimmy Dees.
She is survived by two sisters, Cristine Brown of Ohio and Mary Bunch of Holcomb; a brother, James Smith of Water Valley; 6 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorials be made to Calvary Holiness Church 1919 Ruffin Road, Enid, MS 38927.
