GRENADA — Minnie Carlisle Rutledge Logan, age 83, of Grenada, passed away Friday, March 14, at Providence Assisted Living.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 19, at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada with Rev. Tim McCaffrey officiating. Interment will follow in the Grenada Memorial Garden. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m. Tuesday evening and one hour prior to the service Wednesday all at McKibben and Guinn.
She was born August 24, 1941 in Grenada to William Ernest, Sr. and Dorothy Alene Moorman Carlisle. Minnie was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Grenada. During her working career Minnie worked at Pennaco, The Peoples Bank and Heatcraft. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her daughter, Debra Reese (Paul) of Grenada; sister, Judy Miller of Scobey; and four grandchildren, Nicole Steed, James Christopher Steed, Adrianna Rutledge and Dakota Rutledge.
Minnie is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Richard Taylor Rutledge and Horace Dean Logan; son, Daniel Wayne Rutledge; and brothers, William E. "Bill" Carlisle, Jr. and Gerald Carlisle.
