JACKSON — The Mississippi Department of Public Safety (MDPS) is aware of a fraudulent text message circulating that claims to be from the Driver Service Bureau (DSB).
Please be advised that this message is a scam.
MDPS nor DSB will send text messages requesting payment or personal information.
Recipients are strongly encouraged not to click on any links within the message, and to delete the text immediately and report it as spam through your mobile carrier.
The public is urged to remain vigilant and take extra caution when receiving unsolicited messages.
