NATIONAL SUMMARY
A potentially significant and widespread severe weather
event is likely from southern Wisconsin to northern
Louisiana tomorrow. The highest likelihood of damaging winds
and tornadoes will exist from southeastern Iowa through
eastern Missouri, northeastern Arkansas, northwestern
Tennessee, western Kentucky and western, central and
southern Illinois. The severe risk will continue eastward
into western Ohio, central portions of Kentucky and
Tennessee, northern Mississippi and northwestern Alabama
overnight. Meanwhile, a blizzard will unfold in the colder
air in central and eastern South Dakota. Spotty snow will
blanket the central Rockies. A new storm will begin to come
ashore in the Pacific Northwest with rain and mountain snow
in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Northern California.
