The Nation's Weather for Tuesday, June 6, 2023
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
With a disturbance remaining in place off the coast, rounds
of showers and perhaps a few thunderstorms can be expected
tomorrow in the Northeast, along with continued cool
weather. Pop-up showers and storms are expected again over a
broad region, including much of the Southeast and Plains
states, during the afternoon and evening. Most of these
storms will not be especially intense, but a few can produce
heavy downpours and gusty winds. A stray shower or storm is
also possible in the northern Rockies through the Sierras,
though these storms will also not be particularly strong.
Low clouds and drizzle will be in place for much of the
Central and Southern California coast.
