NATIONAL SUMMARY
Heavy thunderstorms could bring damaging winds, flash
flooding and hail to eastern Texas, central and southern
Arkansas, southwestern Tennessee, northern Mississippi and
much of Alabama tomorrow. A tornado cannot be ruled out in
Louisiana and central and southern Mississippi. Flash
flooding will be the primary hazard in the western Florida
Panhandle. Overnight, flash flooding will be likely with any
storms in Louisiana and southwestern Mississippi, while the
severe threat will extend as far east as the Florida
Panhandle and southwestern Georgia. Elsewhere, a couple of
showers and thunderstorms will rumble through the Ohio and
Tennessee valleys. A spotty afternoon thundershower or two
will move from eastern Montana into North Dakota, northern
Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin.
