Tracey Rosebud, right, who represents District 30 in the Mississippi House of Representatives, was guest speaker during the May 21 noon luncheon meeting of the Charleston Rotary Club. Rosebud stressed the importance of partnerships in the community, as well as the importance of service to the community.
