“Pulling for the Cross Antique Tractor Pull & Car Show,” a fifth annual benefit for Camp Lakeside, will be held Saturday, Oct. 17, starting at 8 a.m., in downtown Holcomb.
An antique car and tractor parade will get underway at 8, and the antique car and tractor show will start at 9 a.m. and last until 4 p.m.
Live entertainment will be featured all day long from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
The antique tractor pull begins at 10 and runs until all competitors are finished. All participating tractors must be 1960 model and older. Two teams are registered to compete: Dixie Iron Club and Mean Green Pullin’ Team.
Activities ongoing throughout the day will be a barbecue competition, best pie contest, arts and crafts, a kids’ tractor pull, kids’ train rides, a cake auction, jumpers, pony rides, concessions and more.
All proceeds will go to benefit the Camp Lakeside Building Fund.
