HATTIESBURG — David Michael Ashmore, age 67, a businessman, passed away Sunday, June 2, in Hattiesburg.
A memorial service at Bethel Methodist Church was held at 5 p.m. Friday, June 7 for friends and family in the Charleston area.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, at ROC Fellowship Church in Laurel.
Michael is survived by his wife, Lanell Ashmore of Laurel; his children, David Ashmore of North Carolina, Tiffany Ashmor eof Columbus; step-children, Tanya Ezell of Wisconsin, Lashona Bynum of Laurel; a brother, Kenneth Ashmore of Milam, Texas; two sisters, Elaine Venable of Charleston and Gail Peters of Oxford; 3 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren.
