CHARLESTON — Ella Beatrice Ellis, age 63, passed away Wednesday, April 15.
Graveside services were held 1 p.m.Tuesday, April 21, at Brewer’s Cemetery in the Sharkey community. Clark-Williams Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
She was a member of the gospel group, The Family Aires, and was employed with Kellwood Company for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Edward D. Ellis; three chldren, Tarsha T. Hazzard, Demetria L. Hazzard, both of Charleston, and Derrick Byrd of Oxford; 7 sisters, 9 brothers, and 12 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Cedric La’Mond.
