CHARLESTON — Judith Ann “Judy” Cook, age 76, passed away Wednesday, July 17, at her home in Charleston.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. Saturday, July 20, at Wells Funeral Home chapel in Batesville.
She was former clinic manager for Charleston Clinic and worked for FHA until her retirement. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her brother, Jack Cook of Collinsville; 3 nieces and 3 nephews and her godson, Brett Harrington of Oxford.
