CHARLESTON — Lucy V. Sumlin-Johnson passed away Thursday, May 28, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sillivan Johnson Jr. and her grandson, Lazarus Hodges.
She is survived by a son, Raymond Sumlin; a brother, James Sumlin; four sisters, Minnie Tellis, Ruthie Adams and Maggie Sumlin of Milwaukee, Wisc. and Linda Sumlin of Charleston; 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Clark-Williams Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
