SCOBEY — Tracy Tartt, age 48, passed away Monday, March 28.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. Friday, April 1, at Newsom Funeral Home chapel with interment following in Shady Grove Cemetery near Scobey.
Mr. Tartt was a logger for Adam Denton Logging Co. Hunting and fishing were his favorite hobbies.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Tartt of Scobey; his daughter, Crystal Tartt of Memphis; two sons, Christopher Adam Tartt and Tracy Randall Tartt, both of Scobey; his mother, Louise (Johnny) Ford of Holcomb; his brother, Darrell (Deann) Tartt of Holcomb; and his sister, Teresa (Ronald) Dickey of Tupelo.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Dale Tartt; an infant son, his grandparents, Henry and Verdie Lou Tartt and William and Katherine Lindley.
The family requests memorials be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
