Editor, Sun-Sentinel:
I heard on the Greenwood news that if you think a pothole damaged your car, make a report to the board, get an estimate and prove the pothole caused the damage.
Last month alone, I spent $427.88 getting motor mounts and transmission mounts replaced in my car. I also spent $100 getting a ball joint replaced.
I am on disability and that is half of my income. There is no way to identify the pothole. It is any gravel road in Enid.
I realize I need to do routine maintenance, but this is more than that. I have a small car and these roads are killing it.
There should be someone in the county system that can do something to fix this problem.
