I want to thank the 72 ladies who attended the 2019 Spring Ladies’ Luncheon, at the Paducah Wells Church on May 4.
These ladies were representative of 25 churches, inclusive of Tallahatchie, Yalobusha, Grenada and Panola county churches, as well as from Southaven, Sardis and Texas.
It was such a lovely time fellowshipping with so many beautiful ladies.
The theme for our luncheon was, “She is blessed...”
Linda Burns sang for us the song, “Thank You, Lord, for Your Blessings on Me,” and did a beautiful job and truly blessed us.
Our speaker, Mrs. Vivian Welch, was wonderful and inspiring, as well as the ladies who participated in her presentation. These ladies took us back through the ages of time to the days of Ruth, Queen Esther, The Woman with an Issue of Blood, The Woman at the Well, and Mary, mother of Jesus.
A very special thanks must go to the ladies of the Paducah Wells Church who so tirelessly and graciously worked diligently to make this luncheon a success.
We look forward to having lunch with all our sisters in the Lord in 2020!
